![]() This month's featured recipe is "Tomato parcel stuffed with smoked salmon & grilled king prawn" Ingredients- serves 4 persons: > 4 large tomato - to cut 2 deep slits diagonally on each side> 4 slices of smoked salmon > 4 nos king prawns - shelled & leave head & tail on Fresh dill cream dressing: Fresh dill cream > ½ teaspoon fresh dill (chopped finely)> 1 tablespoon mayonnaise > Salt & pepper (according to taste) Methods: Fresh dill cream > Mix mayonnaise & fresh dill thoroughly> Season with salt & pepper Final assemble: > Marinate king prawns with salt & pepper, grill over hot pan till cooked-about 2~3 minutes each side. Set aside to cool.> Roll smoked salmon & stuffed into 1 side of the tomato > Stuffed the other side of tomato with grilled king prawn > Lightly drizzled with fresh dill cream before serving |
